Senior People Analytics Consultant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr People Analytics Consultant to drive strategic HR decisions through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Apply quantitative analysis to inform talent decisions and support business needs
Act as an internal consultant, synthesizing insights and recommending solutions to HR leaders
Manage multiple projects, delivering analytical results to diverse audiences

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a data-focused field
5+ years of experience in consulting or corporate roles utilizing data for insights
Knowledge of statistical analysis and experience interpreting data
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Experience with HR/organizational people data is preferred
