Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care
Representative to provide exceptional customer service in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Dental and Vision callers with eligibility, benefit
coverage, and claims inquiries
Act as a liaison between the organization and clients to resolve
eligibility and appeal issues
Document call information accurately and provide feedback on claim
issues to management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center,
banking, or retail
Fluency in Spanish
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
