A company is looking for a seasonal Ecommerce Customer Care
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders to ensure seamless and timely processing
Oversee all customer inquiries through site, email, and phone
calls
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Required Qualifications
1-3 years in a customer service role, preferably in eCommerce
Experience working with Shopify and Gorgias
Must be available to work regularly on weekends
