Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Coding Solutions to
oversee coding operations and ensure quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise coding teams to ensure accurate and timely
coding of medical records
Implement and maintain coding policies and procedures to ensure
compliance with regulatory standards
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their
coding skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in medical coding and supervision
Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is preferred
Strong understanding of coding guidelines and regulations
Experience with coding software and electronic health record
systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
deadlines
