Job Description:

Immediate need for CNC Machinist/Programmer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Program and run mills and lathes

? Set-up Manuals and run

? Support Deburring and Inspection when required on machined parts

? Understand

o Materials specifications o Orthographic drawings o Reference planes

o Locations of surfaces and machining parameters

o Interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)

o AutoCAD

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

? Minimum of 3 years of experience on CNC machines required

? Must be able to set up jobs without supervision

? Must be able to read blueprints and comprehend GD&T

? Must be able to work to close tolerances

? Must have good mathematical skills

? Formal apprenticeship desired

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

? Able to control Machine shop planning

? ISO 9001 experience is a plus

? Lathe Setup (Victor & Sharp)

? Knowledge of FANUC Series Controllers

? Excellent verbal communication skills

? Functional and technical skills

? Attention to detail
