3Insys is the IT-OT Agile Integration suite for the Energy and Utility sector that provides a hybrid cloud-based integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) solutions for System Integration, Data Integration, Identity Management, API Management, and Robotic Process Automation. 3Insys assists utilities to securely orchestrate data flows and robotize complex operational processes throughout their disparate IT and OT systems and environments.We are currently seeking an IT & DevOps Lead who can design, develop, implement, integrate, monitor, and manage the Enterprise Infrastructure. The candidate in this position will provide leadership and consulting within technical disciplines, make strategic decisions, and respond to disruptive technologies and solve unique and complex problems. As top-level experts and visionaries, this position is additionally responsible for the development of roadmaps, strategy, and design of assigned technology areas.Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working within large data center environments
• 3+ years of experience with hyper-converged infrastructure technologies from VMWare
• 3+ years of experience with physical and appliance implementations.
• Experience in the design and implementation of complex IT system architectures
• Experience with advanced storage technologies such as replication, high availability, archiving, backup & restore, and disaster recovery/business continuity
• Experience supporting and maintaining network and server infrastructure based around LAN, Web, VPN, blade, SAN and Virtualization technologies
• Must have experience with various networking concepts such as VLANs, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, IP Assignments.
• Have good understanding of standard networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, virtual networks, PKI and Load Balancing
• Experience technical project management of new web application solutions at an enterprise scale
• Experience performing data backups and disaster recovery operationsRequired Skills:
  • Networking: Cisco Nexus Series, Catalyst Series, ASA Firewalls, F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager
  • Server Hardware: HPE ProLiant Servers, HPE Blade Enclosures (C3000/C7000), Dell PowerEdge Servers

  • Enterprise Linux: Server install, operate and maintain, Shell Scripting
  • Backup, Recovery: Proficiency with any leading replication tool
  • Security, Compliance, ITIL: Endpoint Encryption, Deployment Server, Manage PKI for SSL, Web Filtering
  • Monitoring, Reporting: Proficiency with any leading logs and events monitoring solutionDesired Skills:
    • Database Technologies: Cassandra, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and ZooKeeper in different deployment patterns (single, cluster, multi-clusters)

        • Assist development and deployment teams in researching:
          • Installation or spinning up Applications, APIs, Microservices and Databases and documenting the installation environment(s)
          • Deploying APIs in clusters and containers on Windows or Linux Server(s) and document the patterns with pros and cons
          • Live and cold migration of Virtual Machines and Containers between hosts across clusters and vCenter instances and document the migration patterns with pros and cons
          • Kubernetes based deployment, scaling and management of containerized applications and document the patterns with pros and cons
