A company is looking for an Operations Associate, Workers'
Compensation Revenue Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve hospital bills with workers' compensation insurance
plans
Maintain timely and professional follow-up on account volume,
primarily via phone
Address and respond to denials from insurance companies to ensure
accurate payment of submitted bills
Required Qualifications:
Experience working in healthcare
Comfortable speaking and being on the phone for up to 90% of the
time
Interest in data and data entry
