Job Description:
A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Specialist to manage
unresolved claims with insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on unresolved claims and check claim status with
insurance companies
Identify reasons for non-payment and take actions to resolve
issues
Follow up on assigned patient balances and complete other related
duties
Required Qualifications
2+ years of A/R follow-up (Insurance Collections) experience
Experience in medical billing is helpful
Hospital claims experience and healthcare receivables experience
preferred
2+ years of office experience with a focus on research and
problem-solving
Prior computer experience is required
