Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Provider Network
Performance to manage and support network performance
analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development of project applications and assess
financial impacts of contract negotiations
Develop analytic and reporting tools to monitor unit cost and cost
of care trends
Collaborate with departments to determine analytic reporting needs
and provide training on performance applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare, or a
related field
6+ years of experience in contracting, healthcare reimbursement, or
provider contract modeling
Knowledge of Health Care Delivery Systems
Familiarity with SQL, SAS/SPSS, Office Suite, and Visio
preferred
