Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a world-class engineering organization, fostering
innovation and collaboration
Own technical strategy and ensure the delivery of scalable,
reliable, and high-performance software solutions
Partner with leadership across functions to manage cross-functional
relationships and initiatives
Required Qualifications
12+ years of engineering experience in a medium or large software
company
6+ years managing high-performance engineering teams
Experience managing teams similar in size to a 400-person
engineering organization
Strong technical craft mastery and engineering discipline
Experience building a high-performing culture
