Joint Venture Accounting Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager, Joint Venture Accounting and Reporting, Data Center.



Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of accounting and reporting related to joint ventures throughout their lifecycle
Prepare annual and quarterly financial statements for each joint venture as required
Oversee audits of joint venture financials and collaborate with shared services providers for timely accounting activities



Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in Accounting
CPA required
Minimum of 6 years of financial statement audit and reporting experience at a public accounting firm or large public company
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, with familiarity in ASC842, ASC970, and ASC815 preferred
Experience with financial systems/ERP; Oracle experience is a plus
