Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Learning Management Systems
Administrator to oversee the implementation and management of
learning systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation and configuration of the LMS, including
migration from the existing platform
Oversee the administration and ongoing management of the LMS,
ensuring it supports organizational learning objectives
Design and execute compliance training campaigns, and provide user
support and troubleshooting assistance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in learning systems management or a related
role
Strong knowledge of LMS implementation and administration, with
preference for Cornerstone OnDemand
Proficiency in data management and analysis, particularly with
Excel
Familiarity with integration of learning systems with HR systems is
a plus
