Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Finance to oversee financial
operations and drive growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and reports on operating
progress
Establish cash flow projections and departmental budgets to meet
revenue targets
Identify inefficiencies and advise on resource deployment
strategies
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in a Head of Finance or similar role in a
start-up environment
In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, and
regulatory compliance
Experience in market research and financial modeling for strategic
focus
Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and basic accounting
issues
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance,
or a related field
