Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Mgr, Finance Business Partner for
a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project-based expense tracking and optimization, providing
insights to R&D teams
Oversee financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis for
decision-making processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare presentations
for executive leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics,
statistics, or a related field
7+ years of experience in technology finance or FP&A roles in
R&D-focused companies
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and resource planning
for engineering projects
Experience with general ledger ERP tools such as Oracle NetSuite or
SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI or similar tools
