Multi Family-Property Accountant/OPEN DUE TO PORTFOLIO
ACQUISITION Description: Solid Employer is actively interviewing
for a Property Accountant that possesses multi family expertise:
Core responsibilities: Daily cash management for multiple funds;
Account and inter-company reconciliations; Mortgage payment/escrow
processing and analysis;Accruals; Bank reconciliations; Capital
project tracking and variance reporting; Oversee the accuracy of
tenant set-up in Yardi and activation of new tenants; Oversee and
review monthly tenant increases and tenant changes from amendments
or renewals or month-to-month; Handle tenant related issues
regarding billing and past variances or prior year CAM
reconciliations; Review and process A/P invoices; Review and
reconcile vendor statements; Monthly tenant billing; Assist with
Lease abstracting information; Monthly tracking of
contracts/agreement receivables. For immediate consideration,
